Return Period

From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to register your return via the return portal. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send it back.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel your order, please log in to your account and submit a cancellation request, or contact us as.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your last item under our return policy.

What You Can Return

Within the return period, you may reasonably try out your ordered item to see if it works properly and if you're happy with it.
You may return the item free of charge. However, you may not fully use the item if you’re still unsure whether you’ll keep it.

Pack Your Item Securely
Preferably in the original packaging you received it in.

  • Products received through our subscription service
